| Shiraz
The Four Sisters Shiraz is in the classic Australian style with blackberry, plum and spice on both the nose and palate but with soft tannins for a balanced wine which is ideal with a wide range of food but particularly great with red meats and risotto.
Sauvignon Blanc
Sauvignon Blanc selected from cool climate regions of Australia offers herbaceous and crisp fruit flavors to present a fresh and well balanced wine, perfect with a wide variety of food, particularly Asian dishes.
Merlot
The Four Sisters Merlot exhibits aromas of cherry and spice and finishes with lovely sweet berry flavors to complete an elegant wine. Ideal with pasta, red meats and cheeses.
Chardonnay
This handcrafted wine shows lifted melon and peach fruit flavors whilst subtle use of new French and American oak has added depth and complexity – ideal with Seafood and salads.

| Shiraz
All our grapes are grown in riverina region where rich soils and dry summer climate ensure the growth of premium wine grapes. This is a well balanced dry red shiraz with berry fruit and pepper spice aromas. A full fruit driven palate with American oak flavors on the finish.
Chardonnay
Fresh citrus/melon and white peach fruit aromas in harmony with nutty, vanillin French oak overtones. Concentrated melon, citrus and stonefruit fruit flavors complemented by soft, creamy yeast autolysis and delicate nutty oak nuances. This wine has an excellent structure with great length of flavors that are complex, yet fresh.
Merlot
This wine has elegant herbaceous and berry aroma, complimented with vanillin oak. The palate has a rich, balanced mouth feel and a warm finish.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Savory character to the nose with upfront confectionery fruit. Exhibits a palate with amix of blackberry fruit and spicy oak. Good tannin and length. All fruit was machine-harvested in the cool of the night and freerun juice was clarified immediately. After fermentation the majority of thisblend was aged on lees to soften the palate and introduce some richness to the mouth feel. This is a blend of two classic grape varieties. Semillon, a fresh crisp and dry variety with grassy and herbaceous flavors, blends very well with Chardonnay which is soft, peachy, full bodied and rich in flavor

Chardonnay
This medium-weight Chardonnay has hints of peach and melon on the nose which lead onto the dry, lingering palate.

Shiraz
This fruity and young shiraz has nuances of black pepper and spice and ripe fruit characteristics. Medium to full bodied, this wine is an excellent partner to red meats and goes well with barbecues.
