Mocha Joe’s has an aroma that consists of fairly thick Milk Chocolate sweetness with some sweet espresso beans, with a touch of Vanilla! Finished with a crisp Roastness. The flavor leans towards the sweet side blending the Milk Chocolate to the espress.
 
Green Rabbit
Using colombus hops for bittering, Armarillo & Simcoe to create the wonderful IPA. Not overly sweet. Very drinkable. For everyday enjoyment.
 
Pale Ale
American pale ale with pale malt base, with specialty malt, nugget hops for bittering dry hopped  with cascade.
