    Cabernet Franc
    Blending Carmenere with complementary varietals. The style for the red blends is fruit forward with a soft touch of oak, producing varietals expressive yet approachable wines. This spicy wine is deep red in color with purple tones and some orange hues. Intense, rich chocolate, and coffee bean aromas introduce a mouth filling palate with mineral notes, pepper, dry plum, and menthol well balanced with oak.

    Carmenere

    The wine is deep purple red in color, typical of this variety. Blackberry aromas are underscored by notes of ground white pepper, spices, and leather. Rich and mouth filling, black currant and plum flavors explode on the palate, with spice, herbs, and a long, soft finish. The tannins are surprisingly smooth and silky for a wine with such body and flavor.


    Sauvignon Blanc
    This wine has a very pale color with green tones. Intense fruit aromas unveil a crisp taste. This unusual blend of a white and red varietals explodes with intense fruit and the slightest hint of herbs and white pepper from the soup on of Carmenere. On the palate the wine is fresh and mouth filling,
    with crisp natural acidity, delicate citrus notes and a lingering finish.
