Light and spritely on the tongue mouth feel, whispers down the throat and then leaves a rather delicate warming considering the 80 proof with a smoky spicy aftertaste. Like a mesquite campfire, this is amazingly complex.

It is resinous on the tongue and mouth feel, whispers down the throat and then leaves a rather delicate warming considering the 80 proof. It has a smokey, spicy aftertaste like a mesquite campfire. This is amazingly complex stuff very smooth and too easy to drink

Brine, herbs de Provence, salt, smoke, oily, almost like duck fat cooked over a smoky wood fire saltpeter/niter, alkali, slick mouth feel, almost paradoxical sweet/bitter and definite viscosity.

Anejo 7 Year  
Smoke, aloe and iodine. Much more understated than any of the others a marked contrast to the 5 year old. A eminently civilized, if tame expression of a mezcal.
